Being a Faculty Committee Representative is an amazing way of building your skillset and equipping yourself with some impressive examples to bring out an interview. For example:
When you nominate yourself online, you will need to write a short manifesto. Your manifesto essentially tells people who you are and why they should vote for you, and can be viewed by students within your faculty who are eligible to vote.
It doesn't need to be very long, you just need to tell your fellow students who you are, and why you would be a good Student Committee Representative.
Your manifesto is your opportunity to let your personality shine through - be yourself!
Nominations for Faculty Committee Representative election for the 2021-22 academic year opened at 10am on 6 September 2021 and close on 14 October 2021 12pm so if interested, do not forget to nominate yourself within this period!

14th October 2021, 12pm: Nominations close
18 October 2021, 10am: Voting opens
21 October 2021, 4pm: Voting closes
25 October 2021: Results
