I would like gender neutral bathrooms across campus for trans, non-binary, gender queer people and more to create a safe space for everyone to use the bathroom

Which bathrooms will be used? If you are proposing the use of disabled bathrooms for this how will the strain put on the facilities from extra usage be mitigated?
