A strategic role for someone who can turn data into decisions. You'll build MDXSU's insight function, translate student data into clear narratives, and partner with the Communications team to make our student engagement work progressively smarter and more impactful.
Experience analysing and presenting data to non-specialist audiences. Strong storytelling and data visualisation skills. Genuine understanding of student life at Middlesex.

A role for someone who can turn student voice into action and influence. You'll plan, deliver and elevate MDXSU's campaigning and democratic engagement activity — connecting insight with action and equipping students with the tools to organise, participate, and create change.
Experience leading or supporting campaigns or initiatives that aim to influence change. Strong facilitation and communication skills across diverse audiences. Genuine commitment to student empowerment and inclusive participation.

MDXSU is seeking to appoint two new Student Trustees to bring student perspectives to the Board. Trustees are responsible for the overall governance and strategic direction of MDXSU, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements and effective use of resources to achieve our charitable objectives. You don't need to have been a Trustee before — we'll provide a full induction and training to help you succeed in the role.
Good interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to think strategically and contribute to long-term planning. Commitment to the values and mission of MDXSU, and the ability to act with integrity and make objective decisions. We welcome a variety of experiences — professional, voluntary or lived experience.
