  So many of my university friends loved the fact the library was open 24/7 especially during exam season. A lot of students don’t have the facilities at home to study or have other commitments before 11pm. The library not be 24hrs ends up neglecting these students.

  The library not being 24 hours during exam season is extremely damaging as a lot of students rely on this, especially balancing different work hours, placement and home life. It’s been an essential part of my past 3 years at university

  Most students in second and third years are using the library over night to finish working on their assignments, and also helps with getting ready for exams and other projects. The library being open 24/7 is just a good thing for the students but also very helpful and useful for most students that don't have the same quietly and relaxed environment to study and to get the work done.
